We live on the floor upstairs and there's a separate dedicated entrance for the basement. Laundry machines will be shared by us and the tenant. We typically do laundry on Sunday. The laundry machines are located in the garage which you will have access to right outside your front door. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. One month rent due at signing. 12 Month Lease.
