This is a single family home with new carpet through-out. Three bedrooms, one bath, enclosed patio, attached garage and an oversize fenced backyard. Plenty of room for play equipment (volleyball? badminton? swing set?) and an inflatable pool too. Large dogs (not to exceed 70# at maturity) would love to roam this backyard with plenty of space to run and play. One dog that doesn't exceed 70# at maturity is preferred but the pet policy is negotiable. We charge $25 per month per pet. (The trees shown in the pictures no longer exist.)
