About the House: Located in the Kenton neighborhood of N Portland, close to bus lines 4, 35, and the MAX Yellow Line. There's plenty of street parking and easy access to parks, shops, and the river. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with two living areas an upstairs chill space for reading or listening to music, and a basement living room with a comfy couch, TV, and bar. Big backyard with raised garden beds, a firepit, BBQ grill, and pizza oven. You would be joining as the 4th housemate. We are all women in our 30's, get along and contribute to household chores equally, & have created a really peaceful space to come home to every day. The Room: Spacious, with a huge closet that runs the length of the wall (built-in shelves included) and a large window. Ceiling fan helps keep it cool in the summer. Room is on the upper floor of the house. You would be sharing a bathroom (basement level) with one other person. Month to month lease. Total to move in is $2000 (first months rent, refundable security deposit). Smoking outside only. No pets. Street parking only. Room for rent will be unfurnished at move-in.
