    I was under contract. I opted for an extended inspection period to allow myself time to find a home. My buyer lost her job prior to the end of that time due to COVID-19. I took a break from showing. I plan to have this place prepared, and opened up again to show by the 23rd of this month. This is a FSBO home, but I am willing to work with a buyers agent. It is a nice tidy home. Nice deck area for entertaining. As well as a fenced area for pets etc. The gutters are all but brand new, added aluminum fascia behind them when I did them. The following SS appliances will be sold with the home. - Stove, Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. The stacked washer, and dryer go with this unit as well. All nearly new. The upper loft is a nice living space, and bright from the skylight on the ceiling. The vaulted ceilings give an open air feel. The garage has plenty of storage,I built more nice shelves. I drive a 4 door Ram, and it fits inside, so if you are a truck guy? Your in luck. Great access to the highway, and restaurants. So much close by, including a park within walking distance. One thing that draws me to this place is how cost effective it is to live here. My highest heating bill this winter was 91.00! Total all utilities for the month in the winter is right at 200.00- Gas-Water, and Electric. I would consider selling some furnishings for the right offer. Many items nearly new. So, partially furnished if desired. NOTE: I will be selling with a warranty. I have approximately 6 months left on mine, and it is transferable. It covers: HVAC, stove, refrigerator, microwave,dishwasher, electrical, plumbing,stacked washer, and dryer, and even the garage door opener.
