Walking distance to King Supers (supermarket), Morning Story (brunch), Red White &Blue (thrifting), Dutch Brothers Coffee, Lake Arbor for scenic walks, and a bunch of cute little restaurants. 7min to Olde Town Arvada with a ton of local eateries and shops on a pedestrian corridor, 15min to Denver, 25min to Bolder, 25 min to Golden with old town vibes and hiking trails, easy access to the mountains, with parking galore! Pet allowed but has to be non-destructive and cat friendly. Would love a doggy buddy for Zoey, my cat! No smoking, furnished/partially furnished (happy to clear one bedroom for your needs, not attached to the couch) after 6 months, lease will be month to month, pet will need to be cat friendly as I have an indoor/outdoor cat, max 1 dog. 1-2 people max preferred.
