A beautiful, in perfect condition, 1912 Craftsman Bungalo built by H. E. Pickering. One of the nicest features of the house is the original glass encased sun porch, or "sleeping porch" as they were often referred to in their day. Many of the original features are still present in this lovely old gem; intricate custom moldings throughout the house, the original damper on a chain in the kitchen, the telephone table (built in) and nook, as well as the beautiful built-ins in the dining room. A well preserved bungalo, which is a rarity.
