Next semester I am sadly transferring to a new school, and I need someone to take over my lease. For the pricing, this apartment complex is amazing and there is so much to do. The people at the pier are friendly and very helpful. I am so sad to leave, but I am positive the next person to take over my place will absolutely love it! There are three other girls who live there, but one of them is never home. Ideally we are looking for a girl of any age! The rent itself is $400 and including utilities is $450. The lease ends in July and can easily be renewed.
