2nd/3rd floor apartment has new paint/flooring and kitchen cabinets. Nearly a total facelift. Two bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and one bedroom is on the 2nd floor, all of them are private. The eat-in kitchen, bathroom and living room are on the 2nd floor. The lease will be for one year and heat, water, trash and sewer are paid by the Landlord. No smoking or pets are permitted. There is street parking available in front of building. Also, the last month's rent ($1400) will be required before taking possession. Please provide me with; 1. Who will be living there (number of adults and children) 2. Where you currently work and how long and approximately your gross earnings/month. 3. What is your current living status (i.e renting, living with family, etc) 4. Full names of adults, who will be on the lease. I do background checks before showing it. I do NOT do credit checks.
