Dunedin is a beautiful Florida town directly on the Gulf of Mexico-- very walkable, with lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, marinas, biking trails, golf courses, etc. The town also has two impressive beaches (Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island), and is a short 20 min. drive to world-famous Clearwater Beach. An added plus -- Dunedin is the MLB Toronto Blue Jays spring training center during the month of March -- games with the Yankees, Red Sox, Phillies, to name a few. Get ready for a great winter! Rental is $1750 per month, with a minimum of 4 months (condo regulations)/maximum 6 months, beginning on or after Dec 15, 2025 (negotiable). Rent includes ALL utilities -- electricity, AC/heat, cable TV, wi-fi/internet, etc. No pets or animals of any kind, smoking OK, parking for 1 car only. First and last month's rent on lease signing and one month's refundable security deposit prior to occupancy. REDUCED RENT: The condo is FOR SALE, and I am looking for a tenant who is willing to cooperate with realtor showings to their clients. IN THIS CASE, THE MONTHLY RENT WOULD BE REDUCED TO $1450.
