Cosby Elementary and High School is 5-7 minutes away. Newport is 10 minutes from the cabin (Walmart, Food City, Lowe's, banks, restaurants). Renter pays for electricity and water through Newport Utilities, in the renter's name/account. No pets. No smoking inside! First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Could be a good fit for two families, depending on family size (can be discussed). Yard needs to be maintained by renter, but we can discuss that further if need be.
