Possibly pets allowed, no large dogs, prefer no cats, yard is not fenced. Manager lives across the street, and is forced to view property daily, buildup of junk, debris, poor landscape maintenance, or broken down vehicles will not be tolerated. Recent full remodeling done in 2016 Lease is month to month, if it's not for you, I don't want to hold you hostage.
