The better option is that you rent the whole floor and use one side for a living/study area, walk through kitchen or bath to the other side where a comfortable bedroom/seating area would be. I have it priced for this option.Both sides of the unit have an exterior door onto a delightful patio area. Gravel parking area located next to unit. Other tenants on the property are college students or professors.Window units provide heat/cool, a pet is negotiable, stove, refrigerator, lawn care, and $80 toward the unit utility pool.UTILITY ACCOUNT: Each month the landlord will place the amount noted into an account and pay all utilities, shared and individual, from this account.
