I am looking for someone to take over my lease on my apartment in the Northwoods Apartment complex in worthington off of 23. The apartment complex does not allow subletting so it would be a lease take over including utilities, you will need to go through the normal process for leasing the apartment. My lease is up in mid-August, I am looking for a target date of February to give you a basically a 6 month lease but I am able to be very flexible with the move in date. You will be able to renew the lease after that. Apartment complex is very nice, clean, safe, quiet and very dog friendly with a big dog park. The apartment itself is on the upper floor and had the kitchen and bathrooms updated prior to my move in and has a balcony looking at woods as well as a fireplace.
