If landscaping is not maintained, an additional charge of $400/month will be added to monthly rent. The septic system may only be used for human waste, toilet paper, and typical wash water. Women's feminine products, diapers, food and other trash must be disposed of in the garbage. If septic system is not cared for properly, a pumping charge of $500 in addition to any repairs due to damage will be paid by the tenant(s). Tenant(s) must provide proof of renters insurance within (15) days of move-in date.
