Spacious private room furnished with a queen sized bed and tv. The room has a large closet as well. The condo is located on the first floor in a gated golf community. Renter will have access to all of the amenities within the community including four pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, large fitness center and pool bar. Tenant will have their own bathroom but will share washer and dryer. Absolutely no smoking or partying. I rarely drink but don't have an issue with it. The lease is month to month but a long term deal can be worked out. I am very easy going, as long as the condo is clean, I'm good! There is plenty of parking in front of the building.
