Please complete all aspects of the rental application (income, credit score, move in date, reason for moving, etc.), it really helps determine if this would be a good fit for both of us! You can wait to complete the part of the application that costs money until we determine if its a good fit. The home will be available for showings by early July. The house is in a safe, family friendly neighborhood, perfect for families, couples, or three responsible adults. The house also works well for people traveling to Indianapolis for work for projects. The house is basically a large square with high ceilings throughout the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. I have two other 10x10 bedrooms off to the side. One bedroom has been converted into a workout room which can easily be flipped into a standard bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has all of the basics required for a bedroom. If you have a pet of your own you are more than welcome to bring them and I promise they will enjoy the fenced in backyard!
