Awesome house in the heart of Midtown. It takes literally a minute to walk to Lafayette Park from the driveway, very quick drive to grocery stores, many of Tallahassee's best restaurants, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and downtown. Now if you're a perfectionist, this house probably isn't for you. It's right in the middle of its 100th birthday (built in 1926 ) so if you're a stickler for the sterility of flawless contemporary - this is the wrong house and probably the wrong neighborhood. If instead you find that a house old enough to be a great great great grandmother is a chance to enfold yourself into the bosom of history, this home may be for you. We just refinished the floors, we've heard the neighbors are awesome, we're pretty cool landlords (just a husband and wife taking care of this spot for their mother or mother in law depending on who you ask), everything works, and don't get us started on Halloween. Midtown is arguably the coolest neighborhood in Tallahassee and this house is an embodiment of what makes this such a loved place. WOW THAT'S A LOT OF SPAM - PLEASE JUST MESSAGE ME WITH INQUIRIES!! First month of rent and damage deposit. Wiggle room on pets. If you can't take care of a lawn let us know and we'll try to work something out.
