The layout is unique, but you could count 3 private bedroom like areas. There is a spot used for an office that didn't photograph well. One of the main floor rooms has an exterior door and plenty of light, and is currently being used as an office. There is a main floor master bedroom with attached 3/4 bath. The upstairs is fashioned after a boat, an open space complete with a wet bar. Plenty of windows to take in the sea and mountains. The stairs themselves are steep and narrow, not your normal stair case. There is an attached 1 car garage, and a carport on the other building is available. The owner will be using the detached garage for storage. Views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and of the Olympic mountains. We are looking for a 6-8 month term. Hopefully enough time to finish your masterpiece, or find a home to buy, or Sorry, no pets. Application fee is $40 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications.
