Pets are negotiable (the roommates who are leaving had a dog and two cats, so the landlord is open to it). Rent is 366/room. Utilities are not included besides water. There are free to use washer and dryers in the basement. The lease ends at the end of April. The house is located down the street from the Humboldt Colectivo. The remaining roommate would prefer to move in with a girl(s) around her age (23). She's a nurse for St. Luke's. Really looking to fill these two rooms. Let me know if you are interested.
