Very close (two minute walk) to Lake Mendota. Move-in date would be at the end of May with a June 1st lease date. We can be flexible with the move in date by a week or two. The only reason we are looking for someone to take over the apartment is we have recently accepted an offer on a house and will be moving in May. We are able to schedule showings only after work hours starting at 5pm due to our schedules. We can be very flexible on weekends. Tenant pays for gas/electric
