This rental is for one separate upper level bedroom. The bedroom is 10' x 10' and has two windows with plenty of light, and you will share a bathroom with another tenant in the upper level. There are technically two bedrooms and you will have a choice ow which one you prefer. The photos will show both bedrooms. All the tenants in this home will share the basic common areas in the home such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, etc. The back yard is completely fenced in for your kids and pets. In fact, this Landlord loves dogs and the bigger the better! No cats allowed, however. Please note that besides these two separate bedrooms, there is also a separate private master suite on the upper level. Currently there is a tenant in the basement. Please review the other information about this property and all of the photos of all the shared spaces. Lease term is one year. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $500 per animal plus an extra $25 per month per pet. Landlord will want to meet the tenant and pet prior to signing a lease. No smoking allowed in the home. There will be a short list of "house rules" that all tenants agree to abide by. The Landlord will offer a discount for anyone who is willing to shovel snow or mow the lawn. The property manager will provide a complete list of the landlord requirements and general house rules that each prospective tenant can review prior to even viewing the property.
