I have a duplex with the back house available for rent per room. There is 1 current room available and the others are occupied by older working gentlemen. The living room is a shared space and everything is divided among tenants. There is one restroom. Please call for more details because I have a room with a closet and the restroom connecting. College students are preferred. Younger children and pets are not preferred. This is a great room to have if you are looking for a short-term stay and/or long term comfortable stay as well. There are lots of attractions near by if you are new to the States with friendly neighbors! :) (Spanish speaking owner) Landlord is super nice. Just looking for some laidback people that need a room to rent. Occupants need to be clean or else a fee will be placed for uncleanliness. There will be a 4 day grace period for paying rent, after that, another fee will be placed. SPANISH SPEAKING/Bilingual ONLY to ensure proper communication between renter and tenants.
