There are renter accessible security cameras around the perimeter of the property. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of it. The rental cost is $3,000, with a $3,000 security deposit, and is just 10 minutes from the Forum and the stadiums, and about 15 minutes from USC. All the neighbors are respectful and have been here for years. Section 8 is okay, but your voucher must support a 3-bedroom. Please note that I am a private owner and the only one who drafts the rental agreements.
