The house is clean and well-kept. I live in the finished lower level so I'm on-site but entirely out of your way day to day. The Location: Mt. Vernon is one of the most commuter-friendly and underrated pockets of Alexandria. There's a bus stop right outside the community with connections to Huntington Metro (Yellow Line) about 15 minutes away. Old Town Alexandria is a 15-minute drive. We're minutes from Mt. Vernon Hospital, close to Fort Belvoir, and have easy access to the GW Parkway and I-495 for getting into DC or over to the Pentagon corridor. Plenty of dining and grocery options along the Richmond Highway corridor nearby. Who I'm Looking For: A working professional or government/healthcare employee who's clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
