The house usually settles down around 10 PM, so this is a good fit for someone who appreciates a calm environment. You don't have to be asleep by 10 just no late-night house-shaking concerts. A few house guidelines: Rent: $800/month Deposit: $800 Rent due on the 1st of each month Utilities included Smoking outside only Looking for one person only Also important to note: the real boss of the house is a small but mighty Bichon named Bacon. He's friendly, curious, and very much believes he runs the entire operation. If you're responsible, respectful, and looking for a comfortable place to live without chaos or drama, this could be a great fit. House Guidelines & Lease Terms To keep the home comfortable for everyone, we ask that all tenants follow these basic guidelines: 1. Rent & Deposit Rent is $800 per month, due on the 1st of each month. A $800 security deposit is required before move-in. Rent should be paid on time each month. 2. Occupancy The space is intended for one occupant only. No additional long-term residents without approval. 3. Shared Spaces The kitchen upstairs is shared with the homeowners. The basement living room area is a shared/common space and should be kept clean and respectful for everyone. Please clean up after yourself immediately in all shared areas. 4. Cleanliness The tenant is expected to keep their living space, bathroom, and all shared areas clean and orderly. Trash should be disposed of properly and regularly. 5. Noise & Respect This is a peaceful household, and the family upstairs usually turns in around 10:00 PM. You do not need to be in bed by then, but please avoid loud music, parties, or activities that shake the house or disturb others. 6. Smoking Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking inside the home. 7. Guests Occasional guests are fine, but overnight guests should be limited and respectful of the home environment. No long-term or frequent overnight guests without prior approval. 8. Parking One designated parking space is included with the rental. 9. Pets The home already has a small Bichon named Bacon who lives upstairs. No additional pets unless discussed and approved in advance. 10. Respectful Living This is a drama-free household, and everyone is expected to treat the home and each other with respect, maturity, and consideration.
