Cleanliness The tenant is expected to keep their living space, bathroom, and all shared areas clean and orderly. Trash should be disposed of properly and regularly. 5. Noise & Respect This is a peaceful household, and the family upstairs usually turns in around 10:00 PM. You do not need to be in bed by then, but please avoid loud music, parties, or activities that shake the house or disturb others. 6. Smoking Smoking is allowed outside only.
