Gas and Electricity are included. Building internet is 40.00. Max occupancy 1 tenant. Non smokers. This is a non smoking building inside and outside as The tenants are all long term and very respectful when it comes to noise. Sorry no pets of any kind are allowed. You must be able to prove employment or source of income. Owner will do it's due diligence and conduct background/employment checks. I must meet all tenants so if you are out of country I'm sorry I can not rent it to you under any circumstances. Airbnb is not allowed. No renting to persons not on lease.
