Bring your king size bed! The water is included so you will only be responsible for electricity and internet. Private parking is provided in the rear for your convenience. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per adult. We will check credit, references and criminal records. Cats are welcomed with a $150 security deposit. No Section 8 accepted.
