It is available February, 2017. It is close to plaza (about 5 blocks, plus or minus.) -- I walked to downtown frequently. It isn't all that much farther to Canyon Road or to the Sambusco area and the Railyard. It is located on the North side, off of Old Taos Highway, close to Fort Marcy Park - Mager's Field Complex (w/ gym, pool, and tennis courts, etc.) I want to rent it for the long term, on a yearly lease. Stay for $1500 per month. I will take care of the HOA fees, otherwise, utilities not included. Rental application and credit check a must. The house has 2 BR, (or, 1BR & 1 Office), 2 BA, LR, DR, bright, light kitchen, utility room with W&D and shelving, lots of closet space, a wood-burning kiva fireplace, private rear patio for relaxing or dining, and a private front entry area. The house is currently set up as a 2BR. The house is located on a short, dead-end gravel road. It is an 'end' unit: that is, three sides are open: a grassy area, an arroyo, & the narrow lane with trees and grasses across it. The fourth side is a nearly sound-proof wall adjoining another unit. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster oven. The dishwasher, range/oven, refrigerator, as well as W&D are very new. There is a stereo, cable-enabled Hi-Def LCD TV. You can set it up for "over-the-air" pretty easily. I have a small 9" analog CRT TV (I do have a small 19" digital TV, also) if you'd like one for the kitchen. There are music CDs, a few video DVDs, and a complete complement of kitchen equipment. There is lots of art to look (oils, etchings) at, as well as house plants and garden flowers. If you want cable TV & Internet, Comcast is the provider here. There is a two-car garage that has plenty of space for storage with much shelving. The home is really nice, but it is not a super (i.e., overdone?) "Santa Fe style" kind of place. People say, "wow, this is nice", though, when they see it. I kept it closed and locked, allowing me to have the house open for fresh air, but still secure.
