I built this new "Rustic Modern" Duplex in 2020 with open living area and with all the modern colors and features of new homes. Really good insulation. New high efficient furnace and air equipment means low utility bills. Large place for 2 bedrooms 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, 1 car garage, private rear deck and large shared patio. Plenty of parking in front. Grantie countertops throughout, brushed nickel faucets, black door knobs and bath hardware. LVP flooring for easy care. The only carpet is on the 2 staircase treads. walk in bedroom closets, ceiling fans in every room, skylight over 2nd floor staircase. This quality level and large size is very hard to find this close to KU and inner city. VERY IMPORTANT - I WILL NOT SCHEDULE A SHOWING UNLESS YOU CALL AND TALK TO ME. IF NEEDED, LEAVE A MESSAGE.
