Rental Rate - Regarding rent, the advertised price is the discounted rental rate, which will apply as long as payments are received on or before 5:00pm the first of the month. If rents are paid after that, the full or "gross" rent of $1375 will be due. Automatic payments are available through Clearnow. Deposit - The deposit is $1325. Smoking policy - This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not allowed in the house or garage. Pet policy - $150 non refundable sanitation fee per pet paid at lease signing and $35 additional pet rent per pet per month. Dogs considered aggressive or dangerous by our insurance company are not allowed (any of the following breeds or a mix with any of the following breeds: Pit Bull Breeds, including but not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Dogs that have been trained to attack persons, property or other animals; or dogs that have been trained to guard persons or property. Any dog, used in any manner, as a fighting dog or bred specifically for fighting.) Exceptions to breed type can be considered if: * Applicant provides a "Canine Good Citizen" certificate issued by the American Kennel Club for the dog *The animal is trained as a Service Dog (e.g., seeing guide dogs, pet therapy) *Police dogs which are owned by or in the care, custody, or control of an insured that is trained in handling police dog. Showings - We will provide a link to a video tour. All potential tenants are asked to complete a pre-application screening form before scheduling an in-person tour. In-person showings begin the week of September 15. Application - There is an online application with a fee of $44.44 per adult. Please allow 2-5 business days to process your application.
