It is managed by Metropolitan Rental Corporation (http metropolitan-rental.com) and you will be able to see very positive reviews about their management on Yelp! -Your official move-in date is January 1st (2018), but you can move as early as December 13th, if you want. I am moving out on December 12th, so you will be able to live there for the rest of the month for free. You should pay for electricity, though, and it's normally very cheap. -One month rent deposit ($895)required -20$ application fee (for credit check) required -All utilities included (water, gas, heat) except for electricity. Again, it's inexpensive and I usually pay $25 per month. -Cats are allowed (no pet fee!) but no dogs. -Air conditioner (window unit) included -Laundry Onsite -Wholefoods is right across the corner (literally less than 2 minutes away). CTA Addison stop is 7 minutes away on foot (Google says 6 minutes). -Your lease should be a minimum of 7 months (one-year contract preferred). -Furniture included: queen bed (the bed is larger than it looks in the photos), boxspring, mattress, dishwasher, floor lamp, small desk, desk chair, coffee table, and side table (the loveseat shown in the photos will not be available). I can leave my air conditioner as well if you want. If you don't want any furniture, just let me know and I will dispose of all my items. Other household items might be available as well--just tell me what you want when you visit the place. -Conveniently located in the vibrant neighborhood of Boystown. I have lived in this place for 2 years without any issues at all. The only negative is that the studio is petite (I'll be frank) but it's a catch if you don't need much space.
