Failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form with be denied and application fee will not be returned. Application fee is $150 per applicant. Pet deposit is $200 per pet and pet rent is $25 per pet (Maximun 2 pets). Must be microchipped, have up to date shot records, and MUST provide proof.
