We do share a tandem parking spot so if you have set work hours, great. The rent is $1500 and the deposit is $1100. Internet ($70/month), water (bi-monthly), and gas/electricity are split. No couples, no pets per the landlord. The landlord requires a 1-year lease and there will be a background and credit check by a rental company.
