The house has a great backyard, pool, nice deck overlooking the west side of the city, the front porch has a nice view of the mountains. A 1900 dollar deposit is needed at the time of move in as well as the first months rent.. 3800 upon moving in.. I will add more pictures in the next couple of weeks.
