I have very nice condo with 2 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bath and freshly painted , new carpeting new flooring comes with dryer and washer and new refrigerator and the rent it will be $1,600 +$100 for gas and water so the total will be $1,700 the owner pay water and gas including the rent but the tenant will pay just for electric
