It was built as a prototype by Kenneth Netherland Homes and was sold to us 2 years after he built it It has a very sound pier and beam foundation on top is a thick concrete slab. Mr.Netherlin also built one of these near the Brazos River they were both tests to determine the stability of this type of foundation in the soil we have in Brazos County.
