We have had a wonderful Tulane medical student for 4 years, and are looking for the next perfect addition to our little Spruce street community. NOTE: Pictures are outdated as we are doing lots of construction with many improvements in the month of June: Updating all the lighting, new stainless steel fridge to match updated appliances, under the sink water filter (Aquasana), masonry work for more exposed brick, repainting walls & trim, updating all windows with new floor length curtains (sheer & blackout), updating bathroom fixtures & flooring, updating hardwood flooring throughout. The unit's HVAC, deck stairs, microwave, dishwasher, water heater and laundry machine have all recently been replaced. Lastly, the outside of the house will be stripped, re-sealed, and repainted in November of this year. Owner pays water, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and under-sink water replacement filters (every 6 months). Renter only pays electric. Non-smoking renters only. Street parking in front of house. Cats allowed, but no dogs - non-negotiable. Looking for good credit score and past reference. Would prefer year long lease (open to signing for longer). Earliest available July 6st or later. First month, last month, and $500 security deposit due at signing.
