Street parking requires Evanston parking permit, parking passes will be provided until residency is established. Easy access to Purple and Metra lines, 1 blocks Walking distance (6 blocks) to Trader Joe's and Jewel/Osco Food Stores. Restaurants: Mexican, Italian, Japanese, French fine dining 3 blocks away on Main. Sketchbook, Hoosier Mama, and Firehouse Grill 3 blocks away on Chicago. Renter to share normal household cleaning. Not included: Consumables e.g. food, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, laundry detergent, dish soap, liquid hand soap, of course.
