In the living room, a huge picture window overlooks the front yard and street, and two more large windows provide lots of additional light. The full basement is not legal for sleeping quarters due to the small size of the windows, but previous residents have treasured it, using it as office, den, and storage space. It has fresh paint on the walls and two coats of good stain on the concrete floor. Occupant must be vigilant in cleaning up after the pet(s). Rent is $10 per pet per month, and the security deposit is $200 per pet. Smoking: No smoking in the unit.
