TERM The lease shall begin on October 1, 2025 ("Start Date") and shall end on October 1, 2026 ("End Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. 2. RENT Tenant agrees to pay Landlord the monthly rent of $1,000 due on the 1st day of each month. Rent shall be paid via Apple Pay or another method designated by the Landlord. Late payments made after the 5th day of the month will incur a late fee of $10. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $700 prior to move-in. The deposit will be held by the Landlord and may be applied toward damages, unpaid rent, or other costs as allowed by law. Any remaining balance shall be returned to the Tenant within 30 days of lease termination, subject to inspection. 4.
