The cabinets were new about 6 or 7 years ago. The back yard is very big we think the home is great for a family because it is near an elementary school, middle and high school. We are in walking distance to shopping, Ale House and other resturants, and everyone loves the promanade shopping center. We are approx. 2 to 5 miles to the new downtown Palm Beach Gardens and the beautiful Gardens Mall and just a few minutes to the beach.. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very friendly. After the hurricanes everyone chipped in to get everyones homes cleaned. Everyone shared batteries , ice,some would let you plug into their electric of generator. We even all shared food. At christmas everyone decorates and the neighborhood looks great. It a very safe neighborhood. Its just a great group of people.
