Mangowood is a neighborhood of 280 families close to Coral Reef Park, schools, churches, restaurants and shopping. The volunteer homeowners' association has been in existence since 1958 and is very family friendly. The association holds annual events such as the neighborhood garage sale, Easter bunny parade and kids party, July 4th celebration, Fall block party, and Santa parade and kids party. The current annual dues are $30.
