Washer and dryer in the condo as well as all furniture provided. The room furniture is provided unless you do not want it then it can be removed. I am an engineer with a hybrid schedule (and am a fem). No additional pets allowed. There is one dog in the condo, and he is an old sweet dog that is fully trained. Does not bite as that is illegal. Access to the community center with a pool and fitness center and it is a gated community. Utilities is only electric and WiFi which is approximately max $240 a month split two ways (120 each) can be a little more depending on electric. Rent is $750 a month not including the utilities and security deposit is 1x monthly rent. Must pass background check and credit check and interview. Looking for another fem (open to opposite gender) only who is a working professional and is clean,no drugs, respectful, responsible , does not steal, fairly quiet and is not a party animal and won't have guests over all the time(:. No smoking inside. Moving out early will result in forfeit of deposit. Must pass background check and credit at cost of tenant. Tenant should be respectful, honest, absolutely no stealing, very hygienic and clean, should be a working professional.
