What a great place to live! Two story colonial set in a large lot, backs to an unbuildable area with water. Big rooms, Wrap around deck, 20x40 low maintenance pool, large eat-in kitchen, new super efficient Geothermal Heat pumps. High quality finished basement area can be used as a mother in law apartment, fifth bedroom, or rec room. This neighborhood seems to be the friendliest place to live in Pasadena. IMO, it is better/friendlier than many of the Severna Park communities. There is a community pool and many activities for kids and adults throughout the year. Our school system is great with Lake Shore Elementary School being a Blue Ribbon School!
