If undisclosed pets are brought into the apartment, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The back balcony is not fenced. The apartment is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy, suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. The master bathroom tub's jets are currently non-operational. Street cleaning occurs on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month; cars parked on the west side will be ticketed and towed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fined. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
