I'm looking to rent out my house in Victor starting December 1st (minimum 1-year lease). It's a nice family home or a great setup for 3 individuals (Non-smoking tenants only). It's about a 30-40 min drive to Jackson in the summer, a little longer in the winter. The house is a 3 bed/2 bath on 0.5 acres, with a large 2 car garage and an unfinished basement. Recently constructed in 2019 and located in a family friendly subdivision, about a 15-minute walk to downtown Victor. The house can come fully furnished or unfurnished (1 king, 2 queen beds, couches, tables, chairs, W/D, TVs, etc.) Rent is $3,500 a month and a security deposit of $3,500 will be due along with the first months rent. I will consider allowing dogs. Rent includes all utilities (Water, Propane, Electric, Internet, and Trash/recycling). **I am willing to negotiate on rent if one does not want to rent furnish and/or take over utilities References, past rental history, background check, employment/income history, etc. will be required.
