The house was finished in March 2013 and I moved in April after I closed on the house. It's 4 bedroom with 2 full baths, hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The kitchen has all stainless steal appliances, along with a wine cooler. Three of the bedrooms are on one side of the house with the master bedroom on the other side. The center of the house is an open design with the kitchen, dinning room and living room sharing the same space. It gives a nice open feel when you walk into the house. The bedrooms all have closets and ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, bathroom has double sinks and mirrors with a large walk in closet. I bought and installed wooden window shades in all of the windows. The garage is big enough for two cars and the driveway is rather long, so parking is not an issue. The front yard has been finished with the flowerbeds completed. The back yard is 3/4 grass with the last quarter trees and sand. I put a shed out there along with a fire pit and horse shoes pits. The entire yard and flower bed are watered by a sprinkler system with adjustable timer pulling the water out of the ground. I had seamless gutters installed along the entire roof. In case of a hurricane, there are custom window covers for all of the windows along with all of the installation hardware. I put them all up one day and it took a little over an hour. The garage door is also re-enforced for high winds.
