We live on the east side of Sunland Village East retirement community. Our home is just off the golf course so we can see the golfers. It is the largest model of the complex. Neighborhood Description This is an adult only (55+) community. We have nearly 3,000 homes in our community with plenty of activities available. We have a very active tennis facility and an executive golf course. Our association dues are $400 per year for the right to use the community facilities like the pools, wood shop, exercise rooms, etc.
