This beautiful basement apartment has its own private entrance and great natural light for a lower apartment. The apartment is partially furnished, but furniture can be removed if a new tenant prefers. The place has its own washer/dryer combo, a shared backyard with grass and a shared hot tub (with the upstairs tenant)! The upstairs tenants are great and there has been no problems with noise. The back yard is fenced for dogs and that's where the hot tub is. There is a single car garage that is used primarily for storage, one parking spot in the back and adequate street parking in the front. The location is great for bus lines down 3300 S and 900 E. If I catch the lights, I can be on the I-80 Eastbound in less than two minutes. Past housing references will be checked, income will be verified and the space won't be taken off the market until a leased signed and check cashed. I can work with bad credit but will require additional deposit and reserve the right to not accept a poor financial risk. We are dog friendly but don't allow cats.
