Looking for: - Friendly, easy going people - Non smoking (absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the house) - Sorry, no pets Additional Details: One of the things that I like about this house is that there are no homes behind it, it feels semi-private. Another cool thing is that you can paddle to the ocean from the backyard. The views from the living room are also amazing! The pictures don't really do it justice, you gotta come check it out for yourself. You are able to witness some pretty epic sun setting over the mountains. Even after living here all my life, it still never gets old. There is also a VERY scenic walking path (through the marsh) just a minute away. There is so much more that could go into describing this place, but that would require me to type out probably another 10 or so pages. I was born and raised here in Kailua, have lived in this home for all of my life, it's very special to me, there are a lot of wonderful times and memories had, in and around this home, as well as the beautiful backyard (which is the Kawainui Canal). There are so many good things about this place, it really is hard to put it all into words or on to this Zillow ad. All I ask is that you take good care of the home.
